SAVER DELIVERY
We offer Saver delivery of £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked for all orders under £100. We offer free delivery for orders over £100. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 5-6 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days. Orders will need to be submitted before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer Express next working day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.royailmail.com to track your order.
Royal Mail will always try to deliver items first time, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.
Royal Mail would then take the item back to the Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.
If you are not at home to accept delivery and you have picked Royal Mail to deliver your parcel, they may deliver your item to a safe place location at the address without a specific instruction from you.
SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from Royal Mail with tracking for each individual parcel.
The tracking number will take you to www.royalmail.com to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Extended Returns: We offer extended returns for the festive period. Any items purchased between 1st of November and 25th of December are eligible for a return until 14th of January 2025.
We do not currently offer free returns on our website for orders that you’d like to return. We only offer free returns on items which are faulty or incorrect before they leave our warehouse. In this situation, please contact customer service via email address: info@safety-giant.com BEFORE returning items back to us. This is because we cannot refund return postage costs that you have paid for.
We will accept your return of unworn items purchased from www.safety-giant.com within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please return all items in their original condition and packaging; unworn, clean, with the tags intact, and any gifts. Please do not affix labels, write on, or alter the branded shoe box/packaging. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN
- Complete the Returns Form found in your parcel.
- Attach the label, found on the Returns Form, onto the outer packaging*.
- Enclose the completed Returns Form in the return package.
- Return via a tracked service with your preferred courier and keep your proof of postage to monitor the return.
* Attaching the return label to the outer packaging is important to ensure your return is processed smoothly and without delays.
Your order number can be found on the invoice and packing note sent to you in the shipment and order confirmation e-mail (eg.safetyg123).
We reserve the right to refuse your return for damaged shoe boxes/packaging that are not in a resellable condition.
Please ensure you take care when returning your product. You are required to take the item(s) to your chosen drop off point with a return label attached to the outer carton that the goods arrived in. Please ensure you get a tracked return and keep the tracking number to ensure you receive your refund.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size.
If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, simply return the unwanted item for a refund by following the steps in the relevant Returns section above and place a new order online for the product you'd like.
We’ve found this to be a faster process avoiding delay and disappointment rather than offering a straight exchange.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item/s being received. A confirmation email is sent when the refund has been processed. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.
RETURNING WRONG/FAULTY ITEM
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or the wrong item, please contact info@safety-giant.com. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, the name of the item, a description and images of the fault.
Please do not return your item before contacting info@safety-giant.com as we are unable to refund return postage costs. Please do not attempt to fix or repair the item as this will invalidate your warranty.
If the item has been worn, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your credit or bank card. We will always request images of the faulty/incorrect item to verify the issue. Please contact us for further instructions on returning merchandise that you believe is suffering a problem.

Please note we cannot provide compensation, replacements or refunds for any Safety Giant products that have not been purchased directly from www.safety-giant.com. We advise you contact the retailer you purchased from as they are responsible under the Sale of Goods Act.
